Description
LANDING NETS
Ultra-Light Carbon. Premium Landing Net Performance.
In response to popular demand, we developed the Hi-‘S’ Net. Made from the same 40T very low-resin Japanese carbon as the Hi-‘S’ rods, the handle is very slim and light yet, due to the quality of carbon, still very strong.
The stainless steel block is light and compact and features an isotope slot taking the same isotope as fitted to the Clone seat. Shrink rubber grips help prevent slipping, and stainless steel is also used for the butt cap and pins in the arms. The net is finished with the same blue whip found on the standard Hi-‘S’ carp rods.
The 6’ option is great when a compact, lightweight handle is needed, but the 8’ two-piece is very useful for boat work and for reaching over bankside snags. Available in 42” or 46” arms to suit your preference and your venues.
The stainless fittings at the end of the arms are drilled to accept the cord, making it easy to adjust cord tension to bring the arms closer together or in the event the cord needs replacing.
Each Hi-‘S’ Net is supplied with our super-soft olive green Spirit fish-friendly mesh in standard depth, giving safe support for carp and specimen fish while remaining practical and easy to handle at the water’s edge. A spare net cord is also included for long-term convenience, and the complete net is supplied in a dedicated bag designed to take the handle and arms with the mesh still attached, making transport, storage and quick setup straightforward.

Builds
The following specification represents our standard stock build for the Hi-‘S’ Nets, using premium carbon handles, matching carbon arms, stainless steel fittings and soft olive green Spirit fish-friendly mesh for a clean, practical and high-quality finish. Designed to sit naturally alongside the Hi-‘S’ rod range, the nets are light, strong and refined in use, with 6’ and two-piece 8’ handle options plus 42” and 46” arm choices.
As with our UK-built rods, Hi-‘S’ Nets can also be custom built to individual requirements. This allows anglers to specify alternative fittings, finishes and detailing so the net can be made to match their rods or personal build preferences.
Recommendations
Minimum weight and maximum manoeuvrability:
Hi-‘S’ Net 6’ 42” is the lightest and neatest setup in the range, making it ideal for mobile anglers and situations where a compact, responsive landing net is preferred. The 42” arms balance beautifully with the slim 6’ handle and are ideal for most day-to-day carp and specimen fishing.

Compact handle with extra net spread:
Hi-‘S’ Net 6’ 46” keeps the easy handling and manoeuvrability of the standard 6’ handle, but adds the reassurance of wider 46” arms. This is the choice when larger fish are expected, or when a little extra net opening makes landing fish easier.

Extra reach with a lighter net setup:
Hi-‘S’ Net 8’ 42” is perfect for boat work, high banks and fishing over marginal snags where additional reach can make netting fish easier and safer. The two-piece 8’ handle gives added reach, while the 42” arms keep the setup light and balanced.

Maximum reach and wider landing area:
Hi-‘S’ Net 8’ 46” is the option when both extra reach and maximum net spread are required. Ideal for bigger waters, boat work, high banks and larger fish, it combines the two-piece 8’ handle with 46” arms for the most reassuring landing-net setup in the range.
